I have been in the IT field for over 20 years supporting clients big and small. My passion for technology began at an early age, fixing old broken electronics with my Grandfather. In elementary, I had repaired my first telephone, and by high school I had built my first computer from spare parts. These early experiences fostered my never-ending pursuit of knowledge in the ever-changing technology field.
My classroom education includes: CCNA Cisco training and CompTIA A+ Certification. My first job out of high school was repairing and rebuilding laptop and other small form computers. From there, I joined the Air Force and added degrees in Aerospace Maintenance and Information Technologies. The projects I have worked on range from rebuilding jet engines, and building cellular VPN networks connecting India to Toledo, to wiring labs for virtual academies.
